Advertiser Rules

1. General

These Rules set out what may be promoted through Tranzzono and the standards we apply when placing links and content. They supplement the Terms of Use and apply to all customers.

2. Site and content requirements

  • The site works, loads without errors and has an identifiable owner and contact details.
  • Content is truthful, not misleading and does not infringe anyone’s copyright.
  • You have the right to use the texts, images and trademarks you provide.
  • Facts stated in the content (prices, terms, specifications) are current and verified.

3. Prohibited topics

We do not promote or place links to resources and content that:

  • violate the law or encourage unlawful acts;
  • contain malware, phishing or fraudulent schemes;
  • promote violence, hatred or discrimination;
  • contain adult content or exploit minors;
  • sell counterfeit goods, banned substances or weapons;
  • violate the rules of the chosen platforms and communities.

Additional restrictions may apply to regulated areas (finance, healthcare, gambling). Such orders are reviewed individually.

4. Link placement rules

  • Anchors and topics are chosen naturally, without manipulative over-optimisation.
  • Advertising and affiliate content must be labelled where the law or the site’s rules require.
  • We may suggest changing an anchor, text or target page if it lowers quality or risks breaching a site’s rules.
  • The final list of sites is agreed with the customer before placement.

5. Reddit promotion

  • We follow the rules of each community and of Reddit overall.
  • We do not use bots, mass vote manipulation or fake discussions.
  • Where rules require, the connection to the brand is disclosed.
  • Content must be useful to the community’s audience, not purely promotional.

Reddit moderators may remove posts or restrict accounts at their discretion — this is outside our control.

6. Customer responsibility

You are responsible for the lawfulness of the promoted product and the materials you provide, and for any third-party claims related to them. If we receive a claim, we may pause placements until the matter is clarified.

7. Refusal, changes and removal

  • We may decline an order or stop work if we find a breach of these Rules.
  • If a refusal is not caused by the customer’s breach, we refund the uncompleted part under the Payment Policy.
  • You can request removal or changes to placed content by emailing hello@tranzzono.com; timing depends on the site.

8. Consequences of violations

For breaches we may warn, pause orders, restrict or close the account. For serious violations, payments for services already delivered are non-refundable.
